超声检查在妇科恶性肿瘤术后盆腔淋巴囊肿的价值

目的：探讨超声检查的妇科恶性肿瘤术后盆腔淋巴囊肿的价值。方法：回顾自2006年3月至2010年8月妇科恶性肿瘤术后，盆腔淋巴囊肿形成的49例患者资料进行回顾分析。结果：单侧囊肿14例，双侧囊肿75侧，囊肿1～8个，大小21×29mm×58×79mm，其中24例进行超声引导下穿刺抽液，其中16例注入硬化剂硬化治疗，5例超声引导下穿刺置管引流。结论：超声检查是妇科恶性肿瘤术后盆腔淋巴囊肿的首选方法，在诊治中具有较大价值。

Object To evaluate the value of ultrasound scan in postoperative pelvic lymphoceles in patients with gynecologic cancers. Methods 49cases data were analyzed of the ultrasound scan in dagnosis and treatment in postoperative pelvic lymphoceles. Results 24cases postoperative pelvic lymphoceles were successfully aspiration and cued by the ulrasound guided absolutee alcohol sclerotherapy and drainage. Conclusions The ultrasound scan is the first method in examination and cued postoperative pelvic lymphoceles.
