X—ray、CT及MRI对股骨头缺血坏死的诊断

The Diagnosis of X--ray CT and MRI in Avascular Necrosis of the Femur Head

目的：探讨X—ray、CT、MRI检查在股骨头缺血坏死（ANFH）诊断的价值。方法：对60例86髋ANFH高危患者行X线平片、CT及MRI检查。结果：X—ray有15例阳性，CT有45例阳性，MRI有60例阳性。结论：MRI较CT及X线能更敏感地检出ANFH。

Objective： To research the X--ray CT and MRI detection in diagnosis of avascular necrosis of the femur head （ANFH）. Method： 60 cases with ANFH were detecting 86 hips by X--ray CT and MRL Result： There＇re 15 cases positive of X--ray detection, There＇re 45eases positive of CT detee- tion,There＇re 60 cases positive of MRI detection. Conclusion： It＇s the best way to detect ANFH by MRI.
