单纯性肥胖幼儿的干预效果分析

目的：探讨干预幼儿肥胖的适宜方法，降低幼儿肥胖的发生率。方法：对全市幼儿健康评价系统2010年度监测的463名幼儿，采用世卫组织推荐的身高标准体重法对肥胖程度进行判定分析，将发现的肥胖幼儿随机分成干预组和对照组，开展半年的干预监测。将监测结果进行归纳整理，从行为变化和形体变化等方面进行分析。结果：幼儿肥胖率为12．74％。干预组干预前后在进食速度、睡觉前进食、经常吃甜食等不良饮食行为，参加体育锻炼以及体重等方面均有显著性差异；干预后的干预组与干预后的对照组在这些方面也有显著性差异。干预组的肥胖改善率达到93．33％。姑论：以个性化进食指导和适宜的体能活动为主的综合干预措施不仅降低了幼儿的肥胖率，控制住了体重，也使他们的认知、情感、意志和个性等方面得到健康发展，是干预幼儿肥胖的适宜方法。

Objective To discuss the appropriate intervention methods for interfering infants＇ obesity and reducing the prevalence rate of obesity. Methods 463 infants were monitored by the children＇s health evaluation system of the Whole city in 2010. The height and standard weight method recommended by WHO was adopted to determine and analyze the obese degree. The discovered obese infants were divided into the intervention group and the control group randomly. Half a year＇s intervention monitoring was carried out and the results were summed up. Analysis was clone from the behavior change and the form change. Results The infant obesity rate was 12.74%. Before and after the intervention of the intervention group in the bad eating behavior such as eating speed, eating before going to sleep, eating sweets often etc. , attending sports exercise and weight were significantly different; The intervention group after intervention and the control group after intervention in these aspects also have significant differences. The obese improved rate of the intervention group reached 93.33%. Conclusion The comprehensive intervention measures mainly including personalized eating guidance and the suitable physical activity can not only reduce the infants＂ obesity rate and control their weight, but also make their cognition, emotion, will and personality get healthy development. It is the suitable method to interfere the infants＇ obesity.
