精浆微量元素锌、铜、及铅对精子质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过比较男性不育症患者及健康男性在精子质量和精浆微量元素的差异,探讨锌、铜、铅等微量元素对精于质量的影响。方法:选择45例男性不肓症患者与45例健康男性,检测精液常规和精浆中锌、铜、铅的舍量,分析锌、铜、铅的含量与精子密度、活动率、活力的相关性。结果:不育组的精子质量显著低于对照组,其精浆中锌显著低于对照组,铅含量显著高于对照组,铜在两组见无显著差异。同时,精装中辞含量与精子密度、活动率、活力(a、b)呈显著正相关,与活力d呈显著负相关,铅含量与上述相反。铜与精子质量无显著相关性。结论;精浆中辞可增加精子密度厦活动率,增加a级和b级活力比例其作用机制可能与促进精子生成、成熟等有关,而铅可对精干质量呈现毒性作用。 Objective: To compare the differences of sperm quality and seminal plasma trace elements including zinc, copper, and lead between male infertility patients and healthy men , and to study the effect of Seminal trace elements on sperm quality. Methods: The semen and seminal plasma trace elements were detected of 45 male infertility patients and 45 healthy men, and analysed the relationship of sperm density, motility, vitality to the seminal plasma trace elements. Results: The sperm quality of infertile group were significantly lower than the control group, the seminal plasma zinc was significantly lower than the control group, while lead was significantly higher, and copper was no significant difference between the two groups. Meanwhile, the zinc content in seminal plasma and sperm density, motility, viability (a, b) was significantly positively correlated and vigor d was significantly negatively correlated, hut lead was on the contrary. Copper and sperm quality was no significant correlation. Conclusion, The increase of zinc in seminal plasma may do favor to the sperm density, activity, a or b--level sperm, whose mechanism may be that zinc promote sperm production, maturation, whereas the lead can show toxic effects on sperm quality.
