PRIORITY WEIGHTS AND DECISION MAKERS＇ PREFERENCE INFORMATION

根据Saaty［1］的一致性正互反判断矩阵定义，提出了一种含参数θ的正互反判断矩阵元素与优先权重的新的逻辑关系．基于这种新的逻辑关系，提出了一种简单有效的获取优先权重的方法，并得出一些重要结论．当参数θ取不同值时，相应的优先权重将会不同，证据表明参数θ代表决策者的偏好．最后，通过算例分析说明了此种方法的合理性、科学性．

Abstract According to the consistent definition proposed by Saaty, a new logical relation with parameter 0 between elements and priority weights is proposed. Based on this new logical relation, a simple yet pragmatic method is developed to derive priority weights, and some important conclusions are obtained. When taking different valuse of parameter O, the corresponding priority weights will be different, which indicates that parameter 0 represents the preference of decision makers. Finally, a numerical example is examined to illustrate the developed method is scientific and rational.
