摘要
笔者采用分光光度法测定了日照绿茶中的总黄酮含量，并优化了分析方法．芦丁对照品浓度在8．5-42．4μg／ml之间，吸光值与浓度的线性关系为y=0．023 6x-0．0499，相关系数R=0．9994，加标平均回收率为101．85％，RSD=2．88％（n=3）．用70％的乙醇水溶液，超声提取50min时总黄酮的提取率最高．测得日照绿茶的总黄酮含量为29．49m/g．
The total flavonoids in Rizhao Green Tea has been determined by spectrophotometery. The linear relationship of rutin was in the range of 8.5 - 42.4 μg/ml. The regression equation was y = 0. 023 6x - 0. 049 9, R =0. 999 4. The average recovery was 101.85%, RSD = 2.88% （ n = 3 ）. The results showed that the content of flavonoids was measured 29.49 mg/g, among the highists in several kinds of common tea from market.
