栉孔扇贝和海湾扇贝体内谷胱甘肽含量及其相关酶的活性

摘要 采用标准测定试剂盒测定了人工养殖的栉孔扇贝(Chlamysfarreri)和海湾扇贝(Argopecten irradians)血淋巴及肝、肾、鳃、外套膜、唇瓣中谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量及3种相关酶——谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和谷胱甘肽转硫酶(GST)的活力.结果表明:GSH及GR、GSH-PX、GST在上述组织和器官中均被检测到.GSH在血细胞和唇瓣中含最最高;GR在血细胞中活力最强;GSH-PX和GST均在肝脏和肾脏中活力最强.海湾扇贝各种器官中GSH的含量均高于栉孔扇贝,其中在血细胞、肝脏和血清中差异极显著,在唇瓣、肾脏、外套膜和鳃中差异显著.海湾扇贝各组织器官中的GR、GSH—PX和GST的酶活力均高于栉孔扇贝,其中GR活力在2种扇贝的血细胞、外套膜和血清中差异极显著,在肝脏、肾脏、鳃和唇瓣巾差异显著;GSH—PX活力在肝脏、肾脏、血细胞、外套膜和鳃中差异极显著,在唇瓣和血清中差异显著;GST活力在肝脏、肾脏和外套膜中差异极显著,在唇瓣、血细胞、鳃和血清中差异显著. The contents of glutathione (GSH) and the activities of three kinds of relative enzymes, glutathione reductase ( GR), glutathione peroxidase ( GSH - PX) and glutathione - S - transferase ( GST), in haemolymph, liver, kidney, gill, mantle and labial palps of Chlamys farreri and Argopecten irradians were assayed using standard determination kits. The results were as follow. GSH, GR, GSH - PX and GST were detected in all the tissue or the organs. The contents of GSH in haemocytes and labial palps were higher than other tissue or organs; the activity levels of GR in haemocytes were the highest in all of the tissue or organs; the activity levels of GSH - PX and GST in liver and kidney were the highest. The contents of GSH in A. irradians were higher than those of C. farreri, and the differences in the haemocytes, liver and serum were extremely significant; the differences in the labial palps, kidney, mantle and gill were significant. The activity levels of GR, GSH - PX and GST in all of the tissue or organs of A. irradians were higher than those of C. farreri. The differences of the activity levels of GR in two species scallop in the haemocytes, differences in the liver, kidney, gill and labial palps were mantle and serum were extremely significant, and the significant; the differences of the activity levels of GSH - PX in the liver, kidney, haemocytes, mantle and gill were extremely significant, and the differences in the labial palps and serum were significant ; the differences of the activity levels of GST in the liver, kidney, haemocytes and mantle were extremely significant, and the differences in the labial palps, haemocytes, gill and serum were significant.
