西安地区不同背景人群TTV感染状态调查分析

Investigation of TT virus infection in groups of defferent people in Xi'an

目的 调查西安地区职业献血员及血透患者和不同类型肝炎患者ＴＴＶ（ｔｒａｎｓｆｕｓｉｏｎ ｔｒａｎｓｍｉｔｔｅｄ ｖｉｒｕｓ） 感染状况．方法 在ＴＴＶ ＯＲＦ１ 区设计两套引物，用巢式聚合酶链反应（ｎｅｓｔｅｄＰＣＲ） ，检测我院有偿献血员２０８ 例，血液透析患者３０例及我院住院的非肝炎患者１２８ 例，不同类型肝炎患者１４７ 例ＴＴＶ 感染率．结果 西安地区职业献血员ＴＴＶ 阳性率１６－８ ％ （３５／ ２０８） ，血透患者ＴＴＶ 阳性率４７ ％ （１４／ ３０） ，非肝炎患者ＴＴＶ 阳性率２－２ ％ （３／ １２８ ） ， 前两组与后一组统计处理（χ２ ＝ １４－２６ ）（χ２ ＝ ４７－２８） （χ２ ＝ ４９－４８ ，Ｐ＜ ０－００１） ，整体比较（χ２ ＝ ４１－８８６ ，Ｐ＜ ０－００１） ． 非甲－ 戊型肝炎６０ ％ （９／ １５） ， 庚型肝炎组为５０ ％ （６／ １２） ，乙型肝炎组为２６ ％ （２１／ ８０） ，丙型肝炎组为１９ ％（６／ ３１） ，甲型肝炎组０（０／ ９） ．结论 西安地区与血液紧密接触人群中存在严重的ＴＴＶ 感染，其分布支持ＴＴＶ 以输血传播为主特性． 不同类型肝炎患者中，除甲肝外均有ＴＴＶ 重叠感染，其中以非甲－ 非戊型肝炎和庚型肝?

AIM Detection of transfusion transmitted virus (TTV) infection and clinical investigation in blood donors, patients with defferent kinds of hepatitis and hemodialysis patients in Xi'an . METHODS A nested polymerase chain reaction (nested PCR) assay with two pair of primers from OFR1 of TTV genome was established to detect TTV DNA in the serum samples from 208 cases of blood donors, 128 cases of patients without hepatitis, 147 cases of patients with defferent kinds of hepatitis and 30 cases of hemodialysis patients in Xi'an. RESULTS TTV DNA was detected in serum from 35 of 208(16 8%) blood donors, 14 of 30 (47%) hemodialysis patients, 9 of 15 (60%) non A non E hepatitis, 6 of 12 (50%) hepatitis G, 21 of 80 (26%) hepatitis B, 6 of 31 (19%) hepatitis C, 0 of 9 (0%) hepatitis A, 3 of 128 (2 3%) non hepatitis patients in Xi'an. CONCLUSION The result of the study suggests that TTV infection is common in blood donors and hemodialysis patients in Xi'an. Blood donors and hemodialysis patients are the population at high risk for TTV infection. Non A non E hepatitis and hepatitis G is the population at most high risk for TTV infection. TTV may have pathogenicity.
