摘要
目的:80年代中期国外开始普遍使用单人法操作结肠镜,近年来国内也逐渐开始推广使用单人法操作结肠镜。本人从双人操作法转为单人操作法后对两种操作法进行分析。比较分析结肠镜单人操作法与双人操作法的利弊。对我院2010年6月至9月结肠镜检查患者共792例分为两组,单人操作法组397例双人操作法组395例。方法:分析检查到达回肠末段的时间和成功率。结果:单人操作法组成功到达回肠末段380例时间(9±5)分钟,双人操作法组成功378例,时间(10±6)分钟两者对照无统计学差异。结论:两种操作法均是电子结肠镜理想检查方法,结肠镜单人操作法可完全代替双人法并在协调性和随意性优于双人法。
／Objective：Compare of the single-operating colonoscopy and double-operating colonoscopy.Methods：The data of 792 patients who were examined with colonoscopy from June 2010 to October 2008 were analyzed.Results：397 patient s were successfully examined with single-operating colonoscopy, the rate of success was 95.7%,average time is nine minutes. There are no complications. 395 patients were successfully examined with double-operating colonoscopy,the rate of success was 95.7%,and average time is ten minutes.There is no complications.Conclusion：single-operating colonoscopy is safe,efficient way as double-operating colonoseopy, and it has high value.
