胺碘酮治疗老年室性心律失常患者的临床疗效及安全性分析

The Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Elderly Patients with Ventricular Arrhythmia by Amiodarone Treatment

目的:探讨胺碘酮治疗老年室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法:本文将64例老年室性心律失常患者随机分为治疗组(n=32例)和对照组(n=32例),其中治疗组采用静脉注射胺碘酮治疗治疗组老年室性心律失常患者,并与采用单独采用利多卡因治疗的对照组进行疗效对比。结果:治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组的有效率(P<0.05)。另外,治疗组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胺碘酮对治疗老年室性心律失常的具有良好疗效,且临床效果明显好于利多卡因,而不良反应少于对照组,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：Discuss the clinical efficacy of Amiodarone to theelderly ventricular arrhythmias.Methods：64 patients with the elderly ventricular arrhythmias were randomly divided into treatment group （n=32 cases） and control group （n = 32cases）, which treatment group useamiodarone by intravenous to treat the elderly ventricular arrhythmias,And compared with a separate control group of patients treated with lidocaine.Results：Theeffective of the treatment group was significantly higher than the efficient （P〈0.05）.In the addition,Adverse reactions in treatment group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conelusion：Amiodarone to treatthe elderly ventricular arrhythmias has a good effect,significantly better than lidocaine; and Adverse reactions lower than the control group, worthy of clinical use.
