氢氯噻嗪联合厄贝沙坦片治疗轻中度高血压68例疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Hydrochlorothiazide Combined with Irbesartan Cilexetil in Treating 68 Mild to Moderate Hypertension Cases

目的:探讨氢氯噻嗪联合厄贝沙坦片治疗轻中度高血压的临床疗效。方法:选择2008年3月～2010年2月已确诊的轻中度原发性高血压患者136例,将其按就诊先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各68例。对照组予以口服厄贝沙坦片片4mg,1次/d;观察组在对照组口服厄贝沙坦片治疗基础上加服氢氯噻嗪片12.5mg,1次/d。两组患者均为晨起口服,疗程均为2个月。结果:观察组总有效率82.35%,对照组总有效率66.18%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组治疗后的收缩压和舒张压均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),且观察组治疗后的收缩压和舒张压与对照组比较显著降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组心率变化治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),均无血尿酸的增加和低血钠,治疗前后两项指标变化比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦片、氢氯噻嗪和二者联合均能有效控制血压,但联合用药对轻中度高血压患者降压效果更显著,且耐受性和安全性好。

Objective：Investigate the clinical efficacy of hydrochlorothiazide combined with irbesartancilexetil in treating mild to moderate hypertensive cases.Methods：136 mild to moderate cases of essential hypertension diagnosed between March 2008 and February 2010, were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to their order of out-patient registration, each containing 68 cases.Irbesartancilexetil （4 mg qdpo） was given to the control group;while the same medication together with hydrochlorothiazide （12.5 mg qdpo） was administered to the observation group.Medications of the two groups were all taken orally in the morning as soon as subjects woke up, and with the same treating period of 2 months.Results：The total effective ratio of the medication was 82.35% for the observation group, and 66.18% for the control group, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.SBP and DBP of the two groups were all remarkably reduced in comparison to their former levels before treatments（P〈0.01）;SBP and DBP reductions of the observation group were more prominent compared with the control group, which difference also indicated statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Heart rate variations before and aft treatments of the two groups had no significant difference （P〈0.05）,both groups without hyperuricemia or hyponatremia, BUA （blood uric acid） and serum sodium variations between the two groups had no significant difference as well（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Irbesartancilexetil, hydrochlorothiazide and their combined medication all exerted effective control over blood pressure,but combined medication had more superior efficacy in reducing blood pressures of mild-moderate hypertensive patients, with improved tolerance and safety.
