曲美他嗪对老年冠心病多支病变患者的治疗效果分析

The Therapeutic Effects of Trimetazidine in Elderly Patients with Coronary Disease with Multi-vessel Disease

目的:探讨曲美他嗪对老年冠心病多支病变患者的治疗效果。方法:选取40例老年冠心病多支病变患者为研究对象,在常规抗心绞痛药物的基础上给予曲美他嗪片20mg,3次/d,连续治疗6个月。比较治疗前后患者心绞痛发作频率,硝酸甘油用量,左室舒张末期内径及左室射血分数,并观察有无不良反应。结果:治疗6个月后,患者的心绞痛发作频率较少,发作的持续时间、疼痛严重程度也明显改善;硝酸甘油用量明显减少;左室舒张末期内径明显缩小;左室射血分数明显改善,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。40例患者均未发生明显的不良反应。结论:曲美他嗪可明显缓解老年冠心病多支病变患者的心绞痛症状,改善左室舒张末期内径及心功能。

Objective：To research the therapeutic effects of Trimetazidine in elderly patients with coronary disease.Methods：40 eases elderly patients with coronary disease with multi-vessel disease,on the conventional basis of anti-angina drugs given tablets of Trimetazidine 20mg,3 times/d,continuous treatment for 6 months.Results：6 months after treatment,fewer patients with angina pectoris frequency, the amount of nitroglycerin significantly reduced,left ventricular end diastolic diameter significantly reduced,left ventricular ejection fraction improved significantly, Compared with before treatment there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.40 patients with no significant adverse reactions occurred.Conelusion：Trimetazidine can significantly alleviate the multi-vessel disease,coronary heart disease in patients with angina pectoris.
