The Clinical Observation and Nursing of Patients in Emergency Intensive CareTreated by Sedative and not Treated with Mechanical Ventilation

目的:探讨急诊监护室非机械通气患者持续镇静治疗的观察及安全护理措施的应用以及治疗后及时评估镇静深度。方法:各类急诊患者81例,应用镇静治疗,治疗期间严密观察病情,实施针对性的安全护理,加强并发症的控制,减少并发症的发生,保证治疗有效进行。结果:81例危重患者均能达到镇静目标,Ramsay评分维持在3-5分,未发生严重并发症。结论:严密观察镇静治疗患者的病情,加强并发症的控制及护理,对确保急诊监护室患者镇静治疗顺利进行及病情恢复起着重要的作用。

Objective：To observe patients who were treated by sedative and not treated with mechanical ventilation in emergency intensive care unit, and to evaluate their narcotic grade.Methods：The clinical data of 81 cases of patients in Emergency Intensive Care of our hospital were treated in sedative were observed closely.Case by case to control their complications, each patient was safely nursed in Emergency Intensive Care. Results：All the 81 emergent patients were in their necessary level of sedative.Their Ramsay grade,each of them was kept between 3 and 5 points and there were no serious complications happened in them.Conclusion：For patients restoring treated by sedative,it is important for patient in Emergency Intensive Care to be observed closely, to be controlled their complications safely, as well as to be nursed carefully.
