摘要
目的:总结高龄老年患者ERCP术后个体化的护理经验以减少并发症的发生。方法:对40例年龄大于75岁伴有多脏器疾病的高龄老年患者ERCP术后的个体化临床观察与护理经验进行总结。结果:有针对性的个体化护理有助于减少ERCP术后并发症的发生。结论;高龄老年人ERCP术后应进行个体化的临床观察与护理。
Objective：To conclude individual nursing experience of after ERCP in elderly patients in order to reduce the occurrence of complications.Methods：To summarize the individual clinical observation and nursing experience after ERCP of 40 patients older than 75 years old accompanied by multiple organ disease.Results：Targeted individual care can help reduce the incidence of complications after ERCP. Conclusion：Individual Clinical observation and nursing care should be carried out for elderly patients after ERCP.
