通过分析传统公交行业发展模式的局限性、公交行业TC模式应用成功经验及优势，研究探讨公交行业TC模式应用价值．提出在我国城市公交行业普遍面临发展困境的情况下，公交行业TC模式不失为一种可借鉴的改革方式。

This paper analyzes of the limitations of traditional development mode in transit industry and the successful experiences and advantages of transit industry TC model application, researches its application value and put forward that the TC model may be an applicable reform mode with domestic situation that the development of urban public transport industry is facing difficult situations in general.
