安神补脑液中淫羊藿甙含量的高效液相色谱法测定

Determination of Icariin in Anshenbunao Syrup by HPLC

报道了安神补脑液中淫羊藿甙的定量方法。HPLC条件:柱子ODS-2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温为30℃,流速为1ml/min,检测波长为270nm,甲醇-水(600∶400,v/v)为流动相。以淫羊藿甙计理论塔板数不低于6000。平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为99.6%和1.3%(n=5)。

The quantitative method of icariin in Anshenbunao syrup was reported.The HPLC conditions were:column of Hypersil ODS 2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),column temperature at 30℃,flow rate at lml/min,detected wavelength at 270nm,methanol water(600∶400,v/v)as mobile phase.The theoretical plates of icariin were not lower than 6000.The average recovery and relative standard deviation(RSD) were 99.6% and 1.3%( n=5 )respectively.
