肾上腺肿瘤30例临床分析

Analysis of clinicaltreatm entof 30 patients with adrenaltum ors

目的：分析肾上腺肿瘤的诊治情况。方法：回顾性分析３０ 例本病患者的临床资料。结果：均经手术治疗，治愈２９ 例。病理证实，嗜铬细胞瘤９ 例，肾上腺皮质腺瘤１１ 例，髓样脂肪瘤３ 例，畸胎瘤３ 例，节细胞神经瘤、毛细血管瘤、肾上腺囊肿、转移性腺癌各１ 例。结论：围手术期的充分准备是减少并发症和手术病死率的关键。

Purpose:To study the diagnosis and treatm ent of adrenaltum ors.Methods:Retro- spective analysis ofthe clinicaldata of 30 patients w ith adrenaltum ors.Results:30 cases w ere all treated by operation,and 29 cases w ere surgically cured.By pathologicalexam inations,9 cases could be diagnosed as adrenal pheochrom ocytom a, 11 cases adrenocortiacl adenom a,3 cases adrenal m yelolipom a,3 cases adrensal teratom a,and each 1 w ith adrenalganglioneurom a,adrenal hem an- giom a,adrenalcysts and m etastatic tum orofadrenal.Conclusions:To reduce the com plications and the deth-rate after surgery,it′s im portantto have an enough perioperative preparation.The treat- m entofthe incidentaladrenaltum ors m ustbe em phasized.
