聚乙烯醇水溶液对多壁碳纳米管分散性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用超声波辅助溶液共混的方法,将多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)分散在聚乙烯醇(PVA)溶液中,制备了MWNTs/PVA混合悬浮液。通过紫外可见分光光度计、电导率的变化和傅里叶红外光谱等对悬浮液的稳定性进行表征。结果表明,PVA对MWNTs强烈的包覆作用改善了MWNTs在PVA水溶液中的分散性,质量分数为0.5%的PVA水溶液对0.2 g的MWNTs分散性能最好。 By dispersing multi -walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) in polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) aqueous solution, MWNTs/PVA suspensions with different contents of PVA were prepared through ultrasonic method. The stabilities of the suspensions were characterized by ultraviolet- photo- spectrophotometer, the variation of electric conductivity, and Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT -IR). The experimental results showed that the dispersion property of MWNTs in the PVA aqueous solution was improved because of intensive surface coating effect of PVA. The dispersion property of 0.2g MWNTs was the best in 0.5% PVA aqueous solution.
