摘要
采用正交实验,考察了预聚体合成温度T1、扩链温度T2、醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量等因素对聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)产品特性黏度和相对分子质量的影响。结果表明,在预聚体合成阶段温度150℃,反应时间2 h,扩链时温度245℃,反应时间2 h,丁二酸与丁二醇的摩尔比1∶1.04,催化剂用量为0.1%的最佳合成工艺条件下,制备的PBS产品特性黏度达(4~9)mL/g,产品相对分子质量达80 000左右。并对合成的PBS产品进行了红外分析和核磁共振分析。
The effects of reaction conditions containing reaction temperature, chainextending temperature, molar ratio of alcohol to acid, dosage of catalyst on the inherent viscosity and molecule weight of polybutylene succinate were examined using orthogonal experiment. The result showed that PBS produced had inherent viscosity of 4 -9 mL/g and molecular weight of 80 000 under the optimum reaction conditions as follows:reaction temperature for synthesizing prepolymer 150 ℃, reaction time 2 hours, molar ratio of succinic acid to butane g/ycol 1 : 1.04, dosage of catalyst O. 1%. The PBS synthesized was characterized by IR and 1H NMR.
