摘要
目的识别、分析某石化公司废水处理及回用工程产生的职业病危害因素,探讨防护对策和措施。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法收集数据和资料,并结合职业病防护设施、个人职业病防护水平和定量分级结果,对试运行期间作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平及职业健康影响进行评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素有硫化氢、氨、盐酸、氯气、噪声和工频电场,检测结果最高值分别为4.6mg/m3、7.4 mg/m3、<0.5 mg/m3、0.2 mg/m2、82.2 LEX,WdB(A)和5.7×10-4kV/m,接触时间为10 min,均低于国家职业接触限值。结论该项目产生的职业病危害是可控制的,但建设单位应将防毒设施运行,清理池体或维修时个体防护、通风装置应为本项目的关键控制点。
Objective To analyze the occupational hazard factors for the wastewater disposal and utilization project of the petrochemical corporation,confirm the protection countermeasures.Methods Data and information were collected by field investigation,detection and occupational health examination,and evaluation was conducted to understand occupational health effect and exposure level of occupational hazards.Results The occupational hazard factors including hydrogen sulfide(maximum 4.6 mg/m^3),ammonia(maximum 7.4 mg/m^3),hydrochloric acid(below 0.5 mg/m^3),chlorine(0.2 mg/m^3),noise(maximum 82.2 dB(A))and power frequency electric field(maximum 5.7×10^-4 kV/m) were all below the exposure limits of national standards.Conclusion The occupational hazards in the project can be controlled.
