摘要
目的探讨男护士职业需要的现状,为男护士的职业生涯管理提供参考依据。方法采用质性研究方法中的现象学研究法,对福州和厦门两地15名男护士进行半结构式深度访谈,通过对访谈结果进行类属分析得到男护士职业需要的主要内容。结果男护士职业需要包括职业认同需要、职业发展需要和职业管理需要3个主要类属,每个主要类属包含若干次要类属。结论男护士具有强烈的职业需要,医院和护理管理者应予以重视,并以此为依据制订职业管理策略。
Objective To explore the career needs of male nurses and provide reference for their career management. Methods A qualitative research based on phenomenology was adopted. Fifteen male nurses in Fuzhou and Xiamen were enrolled and received semi - structured interview. Generic analysis was used to identify the main factors of career needs. Results Male nurses; career needs included three major categories:career identity needs, career development needs and career management needs, and each major category consisted of a certain number of minor categories. Conclusion Male nurses have intensive career needs which the hospital and nursing administrators should take seriously and as a basis for developing career management strategies.
