目的探讨开展"优质护理服务示范工程"的做法与效果。方法建立护理系统垂直管理模式及科学合理的绩效考核方式和绩效挂钩的激励机制,推行全面保障护理工作的联动机制,合理配置人力,实践护理人员分层管理与使用,创新护理工作模式,实施全层护理。结果基础护理质量提高,患者满意度上升,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论实施优质护理服务可以提高基础护理质量和患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the methods and effects of implementing ＂ High - Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Project＂. Methods The specific measures included establishing a vertical management model for nursing work, a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system, and an incentive mechanism linked to the results of perforInance appraisal, can＇ying out a series of measures to provide supports for nursing work, optimizing allocation of human resources,implementing hierarchical management of nurses,innovating nursing work models, and implementing the holistic nursing services. Results The quality of basic nursing and the satisfaction of patients to nursing work were improved after carrying out ＂ High - Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Project＂. The differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.0I or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Carrying out ＂ High - Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Project＂ can improve the quality of basic nursing and the satisfaction of patients to nursing work.
