目的探讨儿科开展优质护理服务的方法与成效。方法针对儿科特点,制订各病区的优质护理服务计划,改革排班模式和分工方法,夯实基础护理,深化人性化管理,加强护士技能培训等举措。结果提高了患儿家长对护理工作的满意度(P<0.01),提高了护理质量及护士的综合素质,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论在儿科实施优质护理服务,有利于提高护理质量和患儿家长对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the methods and effects of implementing high - quality nursing services in pediatric wards. Methods Based on the characteristics of pediatrics,the following measures were taken, including developing the plan of high - quality nursing services, reforming the scheduling mode and division of work force, enhancing the basic nursing, deepening humanity management and strengthening nurse training. Results The satisfaction degree of patients＇parents increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. At the same time, the nursing quality and nurses＇comprehensive quality were significantly improved. The differences were all significant （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The implementing of high - quality nursing services is beneficial to increase the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of patients＇parents to nursing work.
