摘要
通过查阅大量的文献资料,分析传统体育养生方法的健身价值及其对高校体育健康教育的促进功能,把养生思想和锻炼手段相结合,通过调身、调心、调息的运动形式,多方面提高学生的综合素质。用传统体育养生内容丰富高校体育教学,不仅能促使大学生养成经常运动的习惯,还能促使学生注意身体内部的活动规律和运行机理,身心并炼,真正达到"身体-心理-社会"三维健康的目的。
After literature researches,the paper studies the enhancement function of traditional health-keeping in sports on college physical and health education.It holds that traditional health-keeping in sports could promote students' overall qualities through various forms of regulating body,mood and breath by combining health thought with sports exercise.Traditional health-keeping in sports could enrich college physical education,form students' regular exercise habits,and help students understand the law of inner activities and its mechanism so as to reach the goal of"Three Dimensional Health"in body,mentality and society.
