摘要
以我国面向西南开放的桥头堡建设为背景,探索把大理建成面向东南亚、南亚全面开放的重要桥头堡的基本思路和重点及保障措施,以期为统筹区域发展提供参考。
Based on the bridgehead construction opening to the southwest China,this paper researches the basic ideas,priorities and security measures to building Dali as an important bridgehead opening to Southeast Asia and South Asia so as to provide a reference for the regional development.
