摘要
免费师范生作为未来的准教师,他们的职业认同感直接影响着学习质量以及未来的教育质量。分析影响师范生形成积极职业认同感的相关因素,对于学校如何培养和提高他们职业认同感具有重要的现实意义和理论指导意义。根据学生的心理特征,对三所师范大学部分师范生进行问卷调查,调查结果表明:自我效能感、学风、专业学习满意度、抱负水平等因素与教师职业认同感存在显著相关。
Free normals are prospective teachers,their professional identity has a direct impact on the quality of both learning and teaching.Factor analysis of a positive professional identity has a realistic and guiding significance to the upbringing and enhancing of the normals' professional sympathy.The research,basing on students' mentality,took a questionnaires survey on some normals in three different normal universities.The results showed that such factors as perceived self-efficacy,study style,professional learning satisfaction and level of aspiration were significantly related to teachers' professional identity.
