摘要
采用人为加入Si、Na掺杂的方法,研究了Si、Na掺杂对高比重合金中的W-Ni-Fe及W-W界面结构所产生的影响。发现Si、Na掺杂使合金中的W-Ni,Fe及W-W界面产生孔隙,并偏聚于界面处生成层状SiO2夹杂相,孔隙和层状夹杂相严重削弱了W-Ni,Fe界面结合力,并使合金在冷却过程中产生微裂纹。
In this paper,the effect of impurities of Si and Na of W-Ni-Fe interface structure of heavy alloy is studied by adding trace amount of Na to heavy alloy artificially.It is found that the importing Si and Na result in the formation of pore at the interface of W-Ni-Fe and W-W.In addition,layer SiO2 impurity phase comes into being due to the segregation of Si and Na at W-Ni-Fe interface.The pore and impurity phase damage the bondage of W and Ni,Fe severely and produce microfracture during cooling.This is an imporant factor lowering the properties of heavy alloy.
