摘要
研究了合金元素Co的添加对NdFeB合金HDDR磁粉磁性能及显微组织结构的影响。结果表明:在NdFeB合金中加入Co,其大部分进入主相且抑制了主相的歧化反应,使HDDR磁粉出现磁各向异性;另一小部分则进入晶界中形成了非磁性富Co相。
Influence of addition of Co on Magnetic properties and microstructure of bonded NdFeB magnets was studied.Results show that addition of Co in NdFeB alloy is enhanced coercivity and the substitution of iron with Co in matrix induced magnetic anisotropy in NdFeB magnet powders by HDDR-process.
