摘要
使用可用度是构成系统效能的重要因素之一 ,是系统可靠性、维修性和保障性的综合参数。由于和平时期装甲车辆的使用强度较低 ,各项时间因素复杂 ,装甲车辆的使用可用度一直是装备型号工作中的难题。本文针对使用可用度的统计计算、指标论证、工程研制和试验与评价 。
Operational availability is an important factor of system effectiveness and a comprehensive parameter comprising reliability, maintainability and supportability. Because their utilization ratio is low in peacetime and time factors are complex, the operational availability of armored vehicles has been a difficult problem in the research and development of armored vehicle project. In the fields of statistics and computation, targets demonstration, design, as well as test and evaluation, operational availability of the armored vehicle is studied in this paper.
