Management of Spare Parts of the Equipment Based on Maintenance

装备的维修性和可靠性很大程度上依赖于装备备件的数质量和管理水平,美国海军备件管理短缺问题而导致的重要武器系统战备水平明显下降的案例也提示我们要更加重视装备备件的管理。本文从装备备件管理的目标任务、工作内容和重点问题等三个方面做了较系统的探讨。

The Maintenance and Reliability of the Equipment depends on the quantity and quality as well as the management of its spare parts. The ease that the scarcity of US navy＇ s spare parts results in the obvious reduction of war readiness of important system of weapon also indicates that we should pay more attention to the management of spare parts of the equipment. This paper makes a systematic study of the targets and task, working content, important questions in managing spare parts of the equipment.
