一种快速新型点火系统

摘要 本文提出了一种新型多点点火系统的研究结果。采用轴对称二维两相流内弹道数值模型对该点火系统进行了内弹道性能计算 ,并与传统点火系统进行了对比。完成了评价点火系统性能的炮膛模拟和火炮射击试验 ,得到P t曲线、膛底最大压力、负压差和弹丸初速。结果表明这种新型点火系统用于大口径火炮中的设想是切实可行的 ,它的成功应用可望能大大改善其点火均匀性、同时性、安全性和可靠性 。 This paper reports research results of a new rapid multiple point ignition system. The interior ballistic performance of this new ignition system is calculated by means of an axial symmetrical, two dimensional, two phase flow program and is compared with a traditional ignition system. Simulation tests in the gun steel tube simulator and shoot experiments for examining characteristics of the new ignition system are completed. p-t curves, maximum pressure at the bottom of the chamber, negative pressure difference and initial velocity of the projectile are obtained. The results show that this ignition system is feasible when used in a larger caliber gun, that the uniformity, synchronism, safety and reliability of ignition can be improved considerably, and that the energy utilization of the propellants raised greatly.
