摘要
高职学院图书馆的自身特性和功能,决定了它在校园文化建设中具有不可替代的重要地位和作用,因此图书馆员产生职业倦怠的现象是不可忽视的。本文通过对引起职业倦怠的原因的分析,找出了一些克服职业倦怠的方法。
Vocational College library＇s features and functions determine its irreplaceable position in the construction of campus culture. Therefore we cannot ignore the librarians＇ getting tired of the daily task. Based on the cause and effect analysis of the burnout phenomenon, this essay finds some ways to overcome it.
