Thoughts of Software Talent Training of the Industry Oriented and Enhancing Engineering Capability for the Students that Study in the Ordinary Colleges

文章首先对普通本科院校软件人才培养的现状进行分析,然后提出面向行业开展课程体系与课程内容的改革与创新,加强实践体系的构建与完善,加强工程型师资队伍建设,以此提高学生的软件工程实践能力,提升普通本科院校软件人才的就业竞争力,迎合软件市场对软件人才的需求。

This paper first analyses the current situation of the software talent training for the ordinary colleges.Then,propose the solution to the problem according to the demand of the software market for software talent,it is a solution to meet the demand in the industry,the reformation and innovation of curriculum system and course contents are offered,strengthening practical system construction and improvement,cultivating teachers team with engineering capability in order to improve the students＇ practical ability,promotes employment competitive power of student that study in the ordinary colleges.
