摘要
介绍无锡科技职业学院高职软件人才培养中所采取的"嵌入式"、"冠名班"等校企合作人才培养模式,这种培养模式赋予了"2+1"人才培养模式新的内涵,创新了"顶岗实习"模式,对学生采取企业化的管理模式,具有较好的示范意义。
In this paper,we introduce the software talent cultivation mode that is practiced in Wuxi Professional College of Science and Technology.This mode includes some different ways,such as ＂embedded course＂,＂named class＂,and so on.We give the ＂2 ＋ 1＂ talent cultivation mode of new connotation,innovate a new model of internship,and imitate the form of enterprises management to organize teaching.This mode is worth learning by other college.
