青年人才培养是医院发展的关键点,是医院建设中一项重要的系统工程。结合北京天坛医院的实际情况,围绕医院实施的创新实践活动,总结培养青年人才的前期经验,提示创新实践、创新思想注重全方位的培养青年人才,是实现人才与医院核心竞争力双丰收的重要举措。重视人才培养才是医院发展的关键。
Training of young talents is a key point of the consistent development in hospital,and is an important systematic project of hospital construction.Relation with the actual practice and the creative activities in Beijing Tiantan Hospital,this article summarized the previous experience in training young talents,and pointed out that innovative practices and ideas should focus on a full range of training young people,that is the important measure to achieve double success in both hospital personnel and core competitiveness.More Attention to personnel training is crucial to the hospital development.
