本文通过对设立医疗纠纷第三方调解机构的法律渊源分析,以及对第三方调解机构在工作过程中应当遵循法律法规的阐释,说明了医疗纠纷第三方调解的合法性,以及运行的法律依据和存在的问题,旨在促进医疗纠纷第三方调解机制的顺利运行,为医患纠纷的和谐解决提供法律支持。

This article analyzed the law origin of the third-party intermediary institution of medical disputes,explained the laws and regulations on the third-party mediation,and illuminated the legitimacy,the legal basis and some problems of the third-party mediation,in order to promote the smooth operation of the third-party mediation mechanism,and to provide legal support for the harmonious solution of medical disputes.
