精索静脉曲张外环下结扎加提睾肌折叠术临床观察

Clinical effect about litigation of variocele under superficial ring plus plication of cremaster

目的探讨外环下切口在精索静脉曲张手术应用的效果。方法对56例接受外环下切口入路行精索静脉结扎+提睾肌折叠术的患者术后3个月、6个月及12个月精液质量情况及术后并发症发生率进行评估,并与接受精索静脉高位结扎术的患者进行对比。结果外环下切口组对提高精液质量,减少术后并发症有明显疗效。结论外环下切口是治疗精索静脉曲张一种较简单、可靠、可行的方法。

Objective To investigate the Clinical effect of subinguinal varicocele vein ligation plus plication of cremaster.Methods To assess the quality of the sperm and complication 3,6 and 12 months after the operation and compare those with the control group in which the patients accept the high litigation of variocele.Results The quality of sperm（including the density,volume,survival rate of sperm and the fertility rate index）of the subinguinal ligation is significantly better than the control group.Conclusion The effect of subinguinal variocele ligation is better than the group of high ligation of variocele,while the rate of complication is lower than the control group.
