摘要 内质网应激在大鼠脑缺血后发挥着重要作用。而内质网调节蛋白GRP8作为其最重要的标志物之一能够调节蛋白质的正确折叠,它随着缺血时间的延长也发生着动态变化,胱冬酶12则通过引起细胞凋亡的发生同样参与内质网应激。本研究主要对近些年来其二者在脑梗后内质网应激中发挥的作用及其相互关系的研究作一综述。 The endoplasmic reticulum stress following cerebral ischemia in rats play an important role.The regulatory proteins GRP78 endoplasmic reticulum as one of the most important marker for the correct folding of proteins can regulate it with the endoplasmic time is also undergoing dynamic changes, caspase 12 induced cell apoptosis through the same involved in endoplasmic reticulum stress.This paper focuses on recent years,both action in the cerebral ischemia in the endoplasmic reticulum stress and the relationship between the role of research to make a comprehensive complaint.
