摘要
痤疮是一种好发于青春期的毛囊皮脂腺慢性炎症,受雄激素、皮脂分泌过多、毛囊皮脂腺导管角化异常、痤疮丙酸杆菌等微生物感染、免疫异常、饮食习惯及精神等诸多因素影响。目前治疗方法多种多样,本研究将对药物治疗方法进行综述。
Acne is a chronic inflammatory skin disease of the pilosebaceous gland unit that occurs more frequently among young people.Modernmedicine usually considers that it is related to androgen,hypersteatosis,abnormal follicularkeratosis of the sebaceous gland ducts,microbial Infection like Propi-onibacterium acnes,dysimmunity,dietaryhabits andmental status so on.This paper analyzes and summa-rizes the drug treatment styles.
