摘要
不同的运载火箭其整流罩内的噪声声压级有较大差异。在进行卫星的整星噪声试验时,需要分析声谱条件、选取不同的参试设备、优化控制系统的参数设置,最后通过系统调试找到最佳的试验方案。文章以3种不同的声谱条件为例,根据试验设备的条件和能力,结合试验效果、技术上的可靠性、试验成本等因素综合考虑,选定最有效和可行的试验方案。既保证了试验能达到预定的目的,检验卫星经受高声强环境的能力,提高其可靠性,又能使试验易于实现且成本较低。
Before the acoustic test of a satellite,much preparation work should be done to find the best testing scheme,such as analyzing the sound spectrum condition,selecting the test devices,optimizing the parameters of the control system,together with system debugging.In this paper,three different types of sound spectrum conditions are presented to illustrate how to find the best testing scheme with high reliability and low cost on the basis of the current test devices for achieving the anticipated sound levels and serving the test purpose.
