木家具由于使用实木、人造板等木质纤维材料作为主要原料,受到木质纤维材料干缩湿胀基本属性的制约。为提高产品质量,在零部件的加工中,必须使设计和制造工艺合理,并严格控制材料的含水率。
Owing to use of wood fibre material as main raw material such as solid wood and wood based panel,wooden furniture is restricted by the basic properties of fibre material with shrink in dry and swell in wet.In order to enhance the quality of products, the technology of design and manufacture must be reasonable in processing of parts and components,and the moisture content of the material be controlled severely .
