总结鹿脱盘的活性成分、生理活性、炮制加工、药用剂型和有效成分提取工艺,为指导新剂型开发提供研究依据。从不同方面对鹿脱盘在各个领域内的应用进行总结。鹿脱盘的乳腺增生治疗效果显著,主要与蛋白、多肽和氨基酸成分有关。仍需开发和利用简单、高效、安全的给药方式和途径。
Active components,physiological activity,processing,formulation and purifying of Cornu Cervi were summarized to provide ev-idence for new formulation.Summarized the application of Cornu Cervi in different aspects.The galactophore hyperplasia was related to Cornu Cervi protein,peptide and aminophenol.The simple,effective and safe administration route should be developed and applied.
