摘要
Maspin最早是从正常乳腺上皮细胞和乳腺癌中采用消减杂交技术分离出来的,是一种候选肿瘤抑制基因。研究表明,Maspin对肿瘤细胞的运动、侵袭、转移、抗血管新生和诱导凋亡等有抑制作用。p53是迄今发现与人类恶性肿瘤相关性最高的抑癌基因。Maspin的启动子区域存在一个p53结合位点,p53可直接结合到该位点进行调节,从而控制其mRNA的表达。现就Maspin和p53的结构、在卵巢癌中的表达,以及两者表达的相关性予以综述。
Maspin,which was firstly separated from normal breast epithelial cells and breast cancer using subtractive hybridization technology,is a candidate tumor suppressor gene.Research shows that Maspin has an inhibitive effect on tumor cell motility,invasiveness,metastasis,antiangiogenic and apoptosis orientation.p53 is the most collrelative tumor-suppressor gene to human malignant tumor discovered so far.There is a p53 binding site in Maspin promoter regions which p53 can directly bind to adjust,so as to control the mRNA expression.Here is to review the structure of Maspin and p53,the expression in ovarian cancer,and the relevance between the expression of the two.
