摘要 Ghrelin是一种生长激素促分泌素受体的内源性配体,主要来源于胃肠道,不仅能促进生长激素的分泌,还参与调节能量代谢。新近研究发现,Ghrelin与透析患者的关系密切,高Ghrelin水平与肾脏对其清除和降解减少有关。Ghrelin可能参与透析患者食欲、营养、炎症状况方面的调节。Ghrelin的两种不同分子形式对透析患者食欲状况的影响也备受关注。 Ghrelin is an endogenous ligand of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor,mostly coming from gastrointestinal tract,which has the effect of not only stimulating the releasing of growth hormone,but also regulating energy metabolism.Recent studies found that ghrelin has a close relationship with dialysis patients,high ghrelin level is somehow related to the decreased clearance and degradation in the kidney.Ghrelin may be involved in the regulation of appetite,nutrition and inflammation status in dialysis patients.The influence of two molecular forms of ghrelin on appetite status in dialysis patients is attracting more attention from researchers.
