脑胶质瘤磁共振成像增强特征与病理分级相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨脑胶质瘤的磁共振成像(MRI)增强特征与病理分级的相关性。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的32例脑胶质瘤患者的MRI增强图像,观察增强形态、增强程度和强化的均匀性,并测得强化壁的最大厚度、最小厚度,计算两者的比值和差值,与肿瘤病理分级进行比较。结果 92.31%高级别胶质瘤为花环样强化,75%低级别胶质瘤为环形强化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高级别胶质瘤以不均匀强化为主,占75%,低级别胶质瘤以均匀强化为主,占75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高、低级别胶质瘤强化壁最大厚度为(8.12±3.12)mm和(2.83±1.14)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑胶质瘤患者的MRI增强特征与病理分级之间存在相关,增强最大厚度越大,增强程度与增强厚度均匀性越差,强化越明显,肿瘤分化级别越低,恶性程度越高。 Objective To explore the correlation between the MRI enhanced features and pathologic stage of glioma.Methods A total of 32 patients were involved in this study,who were diagnosed by pathologic examination.Their enhanced MRI images,the maximum and minimum thickness were analyzed retrospectively and compared with their pathologic grades.Results 92.31% of glioma patients with high pathologic grade were rosette-like enhancement,and 75% of those with low pathologic grade were ring enhancement,they were significantly different(P0.05).75.00% of glioma patients with high pathologic grade were heterogeneous enhancement,while 75.00% of glioma patients with low pathologic grade were homogeneous enhancement,they were significantly different(P0.05).The maximum thickness were(8.12±3.12) mm in high pathologic grade and(2.83±1.14) mm in low grade with significant differenct(P0.05).Conclusion There is correlation between MRI enhanced features and pathologic stage,the more of the enhancement maximum thickness increase,the worse of the enhancement extent and the enhancement uniformity decrease,the more of the enhancement increase,the worse of the tumor grows.
