氟康唑联合碳酸氢钠雾化吸入预防胸部肿瘤同期放化疗过程中合并呼吸道真菌感染的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨氟康唑联合碳酸氢钠雾化吸入预防胸部肿瘤放化疗过程中合并呼吸道真菌感染发生的效果。方法通过随机分组,将符合条件的117例胸部肿瘤放化疗的患者分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组除按常规治疗,加用碳酸氢钠联合氟康唑雾化吸入,对照组则按常规治疗;观察两组患者呼吸道真菌感染的发生率、患者生活质量及住院费用。结果同期放化疗过程中治疗组患者呼吸道真菌感染发生率低,生活质量提高,住院费用减少。结论碳酸氢钠联合氟康唑雾化吸入可有效地预防胸部肿瘤放化疗过程中合并呼吸道真菌感染,提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者的经济负担,值得临床广泛应用。 Objective To study inhalation fluconazole in combination with sodium bicarbonate to prevent breast cancer during chemotherapy combined with respiratory fungal infection.Methods The randomized,117 patients will be eligible breast cancer chemotherapy were divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group addition to conventional therapy,combined with sodium bicarbonate plus fluconazole inhalation,according conventional control group treatment;fungal infection were observed incidence of respiratory tract,the patient quality of life.Results Concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with the experimental group have the low incidence of respiratory fungal infections with improved quality of life,reduced hospitalization costs.Conclusion The treatment of spray inhalation of fluconazole combined with bicarbonate can effectivey prevent the chest cancer merger respiratory fungal infection during chemotherapy,with improved quality of life,reduced the economic burden of patients,which was worthy of wider application.
