摘要
莱钢现有的焦化废水经生化处理后COD等指标很难达到排放标准,随着干熄焦装备的投入使用及节能减排要求力度的不断加大,焦化废水面临着如何处理的难题。针对这种情况,对目前国内外有关焦化废水处理技术的研究与分析,结合实际情况,开发出一种新的焦化废水深度处理工艺,即采用生物脱氮与MBR、三相催化氧化处理相结合工艺,使处理后的水作为循环冷却水使用。
The index of COD of coking wastewater being treated was difficult to achieve emissions standards in Laiwu Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.After CDQ equipments were put into use and aims of energy saving and emission reduction were enhanced unceasingly,coking plant faced the problem how to deal with coking wastewater.In view of this situation,a kind of deep treatment technology about coking wastewater was developed,combining biological nitrogen removal and MBR process with three-phase catalytic oxidation treatment.Experimental results showed processed wastewater can be used as circulating water.
