凤凰单丛(枞)茶的地理标志保护对策分析

历史名茶凤凰单丛(枞)茶,属乌龙茶类,实施了国家地理标志产品保护、注册了国家地理标志商标,原产于广东省潮州市潮安县凤凰镇乌岽山茶区。该文介绍国内外地理标志知识产权保护概况,探讨该乌龙茶的地理标志知识产权保护现状与发展对策,并建议:(1)登记国家农产品地理标志"凤凰单丛(枞)茶;"(2)建立国家推荐性标准《地理标志产品凤凰单丛(枞)茶;》(3)充分利用其"地理标志产品专用标志"与农业品牌类遗产"凤凰单丛(枞)茶",整合潮州市潮安县的乌龙茶品牌;(4)凤凰单丛(枞)茶制作技艺,实施传统技艺类非物质文化遗产保护。

Phoenix Single-Cong Tea,historical famous oolong tea,is native to the Pheonix Mountains at Chaoan County in Guangdong Province.This article introduces intellectual property protection of geographical indications of the oolong tea,discusses its development countermeasure,and suggested：（1） to register national agricultural product geography symbol;（2） to draw up its national standard as soon as possible;（3） to make full use of agricultural brand inheritance ＂Phoenix Single-Cong Tea＂;（4） to safeguard its intangible cultural heritage.
