We introduce the class of S-para Lindelif spaces as a generalization of S-paracompact spaces, and then we characterize S-para Lindelof spaces and study their basic properties.The relationships between S-para Lindelof spaces and regular spaces, S-para Lindelof spaces, α S-para Lindelof spaces are investigated.
