农民用水户协会参与水利工程管理,对增强主人翁意识,发挥民主管理作用,改善水费征收环境等方面起到明显效果。本文简要回顾了我县农民用水户协会的发展历程及现状,总结了取得的一些成效,并提出了建议及对策。
